We are looking for an Assistant to provide administrative support. We need someone to: - Help with different tasks in projects like doing some market research, collecting offers and proposals etc. - Taking meeting notes; - Performing various administrative tasks; - Scheduling meetings and calls; - Help with managing documents and team task descriptions. -Preparing small video clips -Creating content for social media and uploading all these to the social media calendar for organization purposes. -Clearing up the weekly blog post and sending it out. We're looking for the following skills: - Proven experience as an Assistant or relevant role. - Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP, MS Office, Project tools. - Excellent time management skills. - Excellent English and Spanish – written and speaking. - Self-organized person -Flexible Schedule Please send your CV's to email@example.com.
